Canopy
Trying out new effects.. combination of processing using Light Room 2 and GIMP 2.
Greyscale and tweaking in LR2, duplicated layer in GIMP given gaussian blur filter, this layer is then duplicated and an edge detect filter is applied.
Lowest layer is the edge detect, blur image on top with low opacity, straight from LR2 layer on top at 50% opacity.
Interesting leaf vein effect emerging from the fine branches of the canopy.
