A Study in Scarlets
I was playing with a color study, the orange on shade of red.
The ladybug was on a red-leaf lettuce in a half-barrel, which makes a great source of insect photos when planted with flowers, or dense foliage, such as grape-vines. Now I I keep them on rollers to move them around the light, but this one was fixed in place.
