Mayfair
Mayfair is an area rather than a particular road. Hunting for something with the Mayfair name on it was actually quite hard, so in the end we plumped for the famous Berkeley Square. While I'm sure the Holiday Inn is very nice inside, it didn't look imposing enough for a Monopoly Board photo on the outside.
So here we are at the end of the Monopoly Board. Do not fret though, I have the pieces to do next ;)

Mayfair Theatre. Contained in the basement of the 1927 iconic hotel in London is a small theatre which is currently operated as a private cinema, but has a stage frequently used for the production of public plays and cabarets. It has an elegant minimalist foyer. Currently part of the Radisson Edwardian chain.
