the milford ct mayflower truck plaza,was a truck stop with fuel islands ,store inside, with telephones,lounge, showers,trucks would roll in ,fuel attendents would rise from under the bulding to fuel the trucks,also had repair garage,tire repair,hotel,truck wash,and maflower dinner,in the late 70s-90s a lunch truck called the lunch wagon and ice cream bar on wheels sat late at night in front of the fuel desk building.
