bonkers
this one's a little complicated.
see: I was thinking of some way to have a kind of robotic light painter, something that could move the light around without having to be a person and risk getting the person in shot. so I made one with an R/C car and some tape and such.
I was testing it out in a parking lot, and it's got potential. Here: I've taken the six exposures I tried (each 30 seconds) and thrown them through photomatix, just because.
anyway: the crazy result is this picture. not sure if I'd say it works, as such, but it certainly did something.
Speed
Although it looks like this was taken at high speed, It was actually taken at 2-3MPH with me hanging out the window and AndWhyNot chasing the car with my LED light source to light the wheel.
