It almost looks like someone put this bird feeder on top of the wheels as an "afterthought". There is also a cast iron park bench and tool caddy to the left hand side of the shot.

This bench, made using a couple of well-loved wagon wheels, sits in front of the Weatherford Hotel on North Leroux. Converted to B&W, and added a slight sepia tone.
