Yes, that is the name of the building. You could look it up on Google. I always thought the name was funny, as it sounded like a store where you go to get a chest disease.
This is the back of the building, near the parking lot.
Building was once Rubba Furniture Company. A bar and another building were torn down to create the parking lot, which has a bust of Christopher Columbus in it. I should photograph him sometime, but I generally cut through the parking lot and don't think of him.
