Day 42/365 2011 So You Think You Want a Bull Terrier?
Conga is by nature a late riser, bed hog, completely content to snuggle and snore....until she's not and then watch out. Friday morning she was not. She played ball, ran around jumping and twisting in mid-air and when it looked like I was going to stop playing and go take care of the horses she came running. Now you can't see her powerful motor (hind quarters) but you can see that she is propelling her front end off the ground like she is building up for a leap. They are too comical, this is her way of saying come back and play with ME!

I want to thank several contributors, there are more in the thread. If you are seriously considering a Bull Terrier, research the breed, understand the require a lot of love, can have unlimited energy and their personalities are as different from one bullie to the next as night and day.

Riser 101
This was a Sig "Riser 100" glider kit that I modified. I converted it to a powered glider, changed out the wingtips (increasing the span to 101", hence the name), and went to tip dihedral instead of poly. Right around 40 oz, I think.
This configuration had too much tip dihedral, leading to dutch roll. The wing joints were broken in an accident, and when I repaired it, I cut the dihedral down. Floats very nicely, and a solid (if not exciting) climb with a 3S2000 battery.
