A minha Pace Air Force nao aguenta muito mais... sou eu que construo e mantenho as minhas bicicletas, mas a manutencao daquela suspensao ja nao compensa. Pois ha que adiar a Canon 7 D e ai esta a suspensao SID sonhada ha uma duzia de anos!!
My Pace Air Force suspension fork will not live much longer... I build and mantain my bikes by myself, but keeping my old fork in "good shape" becomes each time more dificult. So, I had to postpone the Canon EOS 7D and here it is: the long-sought (a dozen years) RockShox SID!

Replacing The Elastomer In The Pantour Suspension Hub
Changing an elastomer in a Pantour hub is easier than changing a tyre, it just presses into the hollow inner hub pictured. This job needs doing about once a year and the elastomers are dead cheap. This is the most easily serviced suspension I have ever seen on a bicycle.
