Recycled christmas wrapping: Black tissue paper and old book pages
The tissue paper came as a wrapping for a pair of shoes in a box. There were two long rectangular sheets, I used them overlapped to cover the entire length of the item. To hide and fasten the seam I glued on punch out decorations made with a circle punch and the EK Success Fleur de Lis punch. I used the Fleur de lys punch outs to decorate the lower half of the package.
I save all wrapping materials I come by in shoe boxes, around flower bouquets or potted plants and mail parcels. I remove any sticky tapes and crinkle the paper before reuse to hide the fold lines from storing them folded. Should the paper have holes or blemishes from removing tape these can be covered with ribbons or decorations.

These red tissue paper flowers are about 4" across and the black pipe cleaner stem is about 8" long and has a vintage button threaded on for fun. Each flower is unique and the set of 4 will be randomly chosen from those I have on hand.
