depressing delivery
The parcels I sent from China arrived today. They started life as well-packed, robust boxes, but arrived as soft, saggy, rounded lumps held together by tape. They were opened and examined in Shangihai International Mail Centre and clearly not repacked with care. This is despite being thoroughly inspected in Boading before forwarding. Nearly everything breakable was broken. Even some stone goblets in their own robust gift box, with moulded polystyrene to suit, were in hundreds of pieces. It almost appears is if someone opened the boxes to systematically smash everything in it.
International Truck Delivery
Photo captured on October 17, 2010 on Highway #1. I don't recall exactly where this was taken, but it was either in Saskatchewan or Manitoba during a road trip that I was on between Calgary and Winnipeg that month.
