Mothers Day Flower Card
The modern Mother's Day is celebrated on various days in many parts of the world, most commonly in May or in March/April, as a day to honour mothers and motherhood. In the UK and Ireland, it follows the old traditions of Mothering Sunday, celebrated in March/April.

Mothers day card
The card I made for my mum for mothers day.
I sewed the branches in brown thread and leaves in green and then used alternative red and white tissue discs to create the flowers.
The text is by using that plastic sheet with all the letters of the alphabet on it repeated and then you lay it on the paper and scribble on the back of the plastic and it transfers.

This is my favorite card I made so far. Made them for Mother's day 2009. Used 3 flowers with Heart brads on yellow paisley paper. Very nice and beautiful!
