Description at booth:
Founded in 1965, CHERUBIM represents the history of custom frame building in Japan. Three Konno brothers and their frames, CHERUBIM, 3Rensho and Miyuki, led the early age of the frame building industry in the country and CHERUBIM is the only surviving brand with the family tradition. CHERUBIM was the fram supplier for the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City. More recently, CHERUBIM frames, embodying decades of ongoing research and uncompromising craftsmanship, won seven consecutive Best Handmade Bicycle Awards in the prestigious annual show sponsored by the Japan Cycling Association. Under the leadership of Shin-ichi Konno, chief builder and son of Hitoshi Konno, the founder, Cherubim continues to live by its founding spirit of achieving a fusion of innovation and tradition.
