Recumbent bike lane?
I'm usually a little oxygen deprived when I see this figure on the way up Cougar Mountain in Bellevue, WA, so I took a picture to see if it was real. Sure enough, it looks like a recumbent cyclist. None of the other figures look like this. Rather odd.

in which the hands propel and stear the bike. Which must be like scratching your head and rubbing your tum at the same time.
Nice bike though.
