Another $5 garage sale find. Bought if from the guy down the street who was original owner, mainly because I was taken with the awesome purple paint. It's in line for a total dismantling, cleaning, new cable set, etc. Nice French made components include leather saddle. This bike weighs a ton but rides like a Lincoln Town Car!

Mercian Strada Speciale track bike, amongst the strawberry plants. Purple cotton bar tape has a couple coats of clear shellac, and wine-corks for bar end plugs. Brooks leather saddle. Lots of NJS-approved parts (not that I'm going to start Keirin racing).
