How do they know whose bike is being removed? How do they go around cutting bike locks without anyone saying anything to them?
This is basically a way to get the bike of your choosing for $50.

Cheap bike lock
Cheap lock + expensive bike = not good combo. I just saw this on my way to class. The lock is attached to the end of the break cable and a guide wire for the tree.
