Wireless routers are actually routers with Ethernet plus wireless access points so that they have both wired and/or wireless at the same time.
A wireless router is a device that performs the functions of a router but also includes the functions of a wireless access point. It is commonly used to allow access to the Internet or a computer network without the need for a cabled connection.
A networking device that is a combination of an access point and a router. These devices are usually used in private homes where client PCs can be anywhere in the house (and thus use WiFi to connect), and the network is a broadband connection provided by an ISP.

344/365 - December 10, 2009 - FIOS Extreme HD
We upgraded our Verizon FIOS (fiber optic) service to add TV (dropping cable). Fios offers a ton more channels (and many more in HD). The only draw back is you need to have a converter box for every TV.
Our internet also got upgraded from 15 mbps download / 2 mbps upload to 25 mbps down and 15 mbps up. I can upload things to flickr so quickly now. Before it used to go step by step, now it just zips along.
3. Westell Box test fit
Needed an ATX case, this was pretty close, just need to cut three holes, one for the 120mm intake fan, one for the PSU and one for the pci slots and i/o panel. The 120mm intake fan will go on the roof right next to that harddrive. I doubt I'll be lucky enough to have the fan screw holes line up as nice as the HDD holes did.
