Wireless Camera Receiver
Wireless cameras allow the transmission of video and audio data to be transmitted to the receiver without having to run wires (using radio waves). Wireless cameras often have an option to power the camera via mains in which case there will be a lead from camera to power point.
is a term used too frequently in the CCTV, and especially miniature camera, industry. Any product touted as a "wireless camera" is simply a camera integrated with a wireless transmitter. Eyespyvideo.

Calumet, O Calumet!
Calumet is my favourite photographic shop - they are on the Hagley Road in Birmingham - and I went in there last week looking for potential birthday presents. Unfortunately they didn't have these wireless flash triggers in stock, so my beloved had to buy them online. But I did get a great cup of coffee out of Peter, the manager.
The wireless trigger and receiver set allow you to have the flash gun a long way away from your camera and it will trigger remotely. It will also allow you to be up to 100m away from the camera and you can take a photo from that distance. Also, with my studio lights, you can turn off the photoelectric cell that triggers the flash when another flash goes off. Very useful in a public situation when you're trying to take photos.
