In telecommunications, particularly in radio, signal strength refers to the magnitude of the electric field at a reference point that is a significant distance from the transmitting antenna. It may also be referred to as received signal level or field strength.
Signal Strength is the strength of the radio waves in a wireless network.

Signal Strength
On the far right is signal strength while a hot-water pot is plugged in (including the drop). The smooth part is while nothing else is on then it gets jaggy again. Wireless Robot used to always be jaggy but I plugged it into an UPS with real power filtering. I don't know where the rest of the jaggy came from.
