We heat entirely with wood. Two cords usually lasts us the whole winter. A whole lot cheaper than oil or gas. And I can dye yarn on top. But only half the house gets heated. We have to keep an elderly cat out of that half of the house. Today's high was 23. It was 37 in the bedroom. Now granted we have a space heater for when we are in there. But waiting for it to warm up is hell. And forget about trying to be warm in the bathroom. I am so over the saving money with the wood stove crap. I think this will be the year we buy a real furnace.
