What is it about bikes that makes them such uncooperative participants in the self-portrait? It doesn't help that my remote is broken. After some struggling with the bike and the camera I couldn't manage much better than this, and didn't get around to trying to take a more exciting photo today.
Anyway, studded tyre time of year, lots of biking in the snow to get around town.

3/8 inch screws do the trick
The instructions I found online said to use 1/2 inch screws but they were way too long...
I had to back out all of the screws on the one tire I had finished and then re-do it again with 3/8 inch screws.
I then couldn't get it to mount on the rear wheel, so I'm running a standard knobby mountain bike tire in the rear (works fine).
