1 March Sauted Baby Artichokes Day 102
I love to cook the large size artichokes, steamed and then filled with olive oil, bread crumbs and garlic and baked for a while.
But Trader Joe's had 3 lbs of baby artichokes for $4, so here we go. Baby artichokes sauted with red onion, garlic and lemon juice. Yum.

We had dear friends over for dinner this night. Up until the time I left work, I had little to no idea what to cook. I stopped at Whole Foods on my way home and came up with what you see here.
