Cheesy Pork Stew
Country Style Pork Shoulder cooked in a crock pot with half an onion and a whole small head of garlic, along with some spices, cayenne pepper, pepper, salt, and paprika. After they were done (a hour on low and two hours on high) I emptied all but about a third cup up the juices and added a little milk, a couple tablespoons of cornstarch, a couple spoons of cream cheese, some parmesan, some mozzarella cheese and a teaspoon of beef boullion... I was experimenting with this one so I don't really have much of a recipe, but the sauce came thick, rich and full of great flavor. Served over rice.
