Smoked Thanksgiving Turkey 2006
Turkey breast smoked in my silo smoker on my back deck for Thanksgiving 2006. That's a meat thermometer sticking up out of it and glaring in the sunlight. A meat thermometer I proceeded to forget to remove, then I covered it back up for more cooking, and found the face of the thermometer had melted when I I took the smoker lid off again. Sigh...
