April 11, 2007 - Random Reunion at MSP
Today I flew from LAX to MSP and then to ATL (that's Atlanta for any of you who are not into airport call signs...). During my layover in the MSP (Minneapolis) airport, I looked up from my computer and saw old friend Darren Olsen getting up to board the same flight I was about to board. We had a great time catching up, sharing some photos on our laptops and reminiscing about the good ole days (cruising up and down Grand Ave in St. Paul was on the top of the list...). So fun to run into people at random times in random places...
P.S. It was snowing in Minneapolis- crazy!
first flight
She was sitting in front of me on a flight from Minneapolis to L.A. (to all my Mpls friends I was unfortunately there only on a layover). She was traveling with a group of other teens (all from Iowa) on a group trip to California, and this was her first-ever flight. She spent a lot of time looking out the window. :)
