GA - Leaving Savannah
It is strange to think that almost 3 weeks have passed since I left Savannah.
I checked out of the conference hotel & visited Tybee and Cockspur Islands after the last conference session. I spent that evening at a hotel near I-95 and the airport.
I noticed some wetlands behind the hotel when I walked next door to a restaurant and decided to shoot some photos after dinner.
Even when staying at a hotel close to the freeway Savannah is still beautiful.
I have not been able to comment much the past few days. There is a lot going on at work & out west with the extended family. I'm taking tomorrow as a vacation day to catch up on chores at home and hope to catch up on your comments, too.

Pre-Day One: 001
We (Kelsey and I), woke up at 3:30 AM to get ready for our taxi that was to arrive at 4:15 AM. We had a total of five hours of sleep. We took the taxi to the nearest airport, got something to eat, and took off at 6:30 AM. It was a connecting flight that went to Atlanta, then to Boston. Arriving about an hour after leaving Savannah, we go off for about another hour, taking off again for Boston at 8:30. We didn't sleep well. We arrived at around later noon.
Welcome to Boston, I suppose.
Grabbing our one checked bag, we take a taxi to the Sheraton Boston Hotel, practically being robbed by the price of the taxi. It's fucking cold. But luckily things get better (and warmer).
