SPECIAL PLACE TO STAY MARRAKECH-riad dar najat
RIAD MARRAKECH
"A perfect place to stay in Merrakech”
Riad Dar Najat
“A great little place to get away from it all”
This was my first time travelling alone and my first time in Marrakech, I needed some time to get away from it all, and I think I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The decor was very charming (I think the photos don't do it justice), it's in a quiet lane a 5-10 minute walk from the Jemaa el Fna square but for me the best thing was the service - Amin, Oliver, Saeed and the others took great care of me, they also organised my airport transfer. They were always there with a friendly smile, with a cool cup of freshly squeezed orange juice or a mint tea or advice on getting around the city. The riad had a sort of family atmosphere (but without being intrusive) which I really appreciated as a solo traveller, the staff seemed to take a genuine interest in making sure you feel comfortable. The breakfast was simple and excellent. (Moroccan bread and jam, Moroccan pancakes with syrup, buttery omelette, fruit...good coffee, juice). The room was small but that wasn't a problem, it was well-equipped, the only suggestion is that the reading lamp could be brighter. I will definitely be returning to Dar al Najat on my next trip to Marrakech.
morocco
As an international Security Consultant and Contractor, I have no problem in recommending what I consider to be the best treasure one can find in romantic Marrakesh. A stay at Riad Dar Najat will assure fine Moroccan dining and accommodations near the center of the city's famous Great Square. One should enjoy its safety and comfort as do many of my professional colleagues when in this beautifully mysterious region of the world.
