Smart
This is the Smart "badge" (it's painted so, not really a badge), from Dee's Smart.
Smart is a german brand, part of the Daimler Chrysler group. The name stands for "Swatch Mercedes Art", and it was born out of an idea by Swiss watch manufacturer Swatch to produce a small cool car.
The logo is from a 2001 Fortwo (originally called 'coupe'), and uses a yellow arrow meaning "forward thinking".
