Renewable Energy
During August, whilst out for the day with two friends and our cameras I was introduced to the wind farm at Lissett in East Yorkshire. The wind farm is located on an old WW2 Bomber Base which has a very interesting history - I would certainly recommend a visit. Anyway, whilst trying to decide on a second topic for this month's challenge (Industry) I began to think about the turbines and how they (obviously) represent the Energy Industry. With this in mind I headed out to Lissett and was eventually rewarded with the above shot. I like this picture not only because of the colours, sunset and silhouettes, but because it actually shows two forms of renewable energy!

My corn on the cob cupcakes! (you know, corn is renewable energy, but then again...so is sugar in my case, lol)
The corn kernels are jelly beans. The melted butter is a starburst cut in half and slightly melted. The pepper is black sugar.
