C-17 Globemaster from the Taco Bueno photopit
I should have known to turn around and go home after nearly colliding with a SUV traveling southbound in my northbound I-35 lane just north of Austin in the dark of morning, but was pumped to see the Alliance airshow in Fort Worth. After 3+ hours of driving I turn into the airport and find out the show was cancelled from the overnight storm. Parking lots had turned to mud, no way for people to park.
So after all that, this is only shot I got, a C-17 Globemaster sitting on the tarmac under sunny skies; shot from the nearby Taco Bueno.
There is another show next weekend in San Antonio, but I'm not sure I even dare.
