Desktop Fountain Pump
A fountain (from the Latin "fons" or "fontis", a source or spring), or sometimes called water fountain, is a piece of architecture which pours water into a basin or jets it into the air either to supply drinking water or for decorative or dramatic effect.
A file shortcut in Microsoft Windows is a small file containing a target URI or GUID, or the name of a target program file that the shortcut represents. The shortcut might additionally specify parameters to be passed to the target program when it is run.

The sun looking icon in the top-middle is Jing Project. It's used to capture screenshots and videos of specific areas of the screen and upload to various file sharing sites such as Flickr. Not used for this screenshot as it removes itself from the picture automatically.
Side Note: VistaGlazz Beta used to patch windows files. Works on 64bit Vista SP1.
