April Sun - Gardening
The weather's been great all weekend, as it often seems to be on Grand National weekend! Unfortunately I didn't go this year (last year I went for my first stag do and was forced to wear a bright pink suit!). So rather than watch the gee-gee's we spent the weekend gardening :-(!
Since we moved house we haven't installed the water feature so I dug it out of the garage to try to decide where to place it whilst digging borders, preparing for a patio and planting trees. Thought it would make quite a cool shot/self portrait, so there I am digging ..... unorthodox I know!!
Man I'm going to ache tomorrow!

Sun Dried Tomatoes
My Earthtainers have been providing more tomatoes than we can easily eat, so I tried sun drying a handful. It turned out to be a simple as slicing some in half, salting lightly, and then leaving them outside in the sun on a drying rack. They dried in about 3 days!
