Fun-Trition Book of Recipes (Real Food that's Real Good)
The reason I call it Fun-Trition is because I like food and I like to feed my body Real food that tastes good. I believe eating clean shouldn’t be about eating bland food. It is my mission to teach you how to love cooking in your own kitchen again and enjoy toying around with recipes. I love taking a favorite recipe and experimenting with it until I make it “kid tested” and “trainer approved”. What this means is that the ingredients are REAL, their healthier choices, and my kids will eat it voluntarily. So moms, don’t worry-your kids won’t know the difference. The secret is to not tell your husband or kids that you are going to start cooking healthier. Instead, just start doing it and I promise they won’t be able to tell the difference.
