Yin yang pisces stained glass window
The first stained glass window i ever made. Its a got a bit dirty hanging up there in the bathroom window..... maybe I should've give it a quick clean before i took the photo....ho hum!!!
The design was one i'd originally drawn for a tattoo, but never got!
The centre is the star sign pisces, 2 fish swimming in opposite directions, done in the style of a yin yang sign.

At the turn of the twentieth century, the Louis Comfort Tiffany Studios was commissioned to create stained-glass windows, based on the seven angels in the book of Revelation, for a Swedenborgian church in Cincinnati. The windows were removed when the church was destroyed and were "forgotten" in storage for almost forty years. They have now been restored and are being shown at museums around the country. This book describes the beauty and symbolism of these windows, including the biblical as well as inner spiritual meaning of the windows and their unique details. A perfect gift book and souvenir of the exhibit.
