How to make a Starbucks Iced Caramel Macchiato
The following steps are for a venti-sized cup{20 oz.}, if you want to be really proper, buy yourself a double-insulated cup at Starbucks{in-store or online}. As with any recipe, adjust to your liking, it takes a few trial & error drinks to get it just right. FYI: I purchased all of the ingredients right from a Starbucks store{coffee – I use Espresso Roast, caramel sauce & vanilla syrup}.

You'll need:
4 T. Espresso Roast Coffee
8 oz. of milk
2 T. vanilla flavored syrup {4 pumps of the Starbucks vanilla syrup}
Caramel sauce
Ice
Grind 3 HEAPING tablespoons of espresso beans, which will yield approx. 1/4 cup/4 T. ground coffee
Fill coffee maker with 6 oz. of water {3/4 cup}
Brew the coffee
Pour the brew back into the coffee maker reservoir and let it drip thru the same grounds again.
In the end, your 3/4 cup of water will be down to about a half-cup serving of very strong coffee.
*A great espresso substitute if you don't have an espresso machine.
Drizzle caramel sauce in the bottom of the cup.
Add 1 cup milk to your cup.
Add 4 pumps of vanilla flavoring/syrup to the milk.
Add ice to the cup – leaving enough room for the espresso.
Add the 1/2 cup espresso-like brew.
Add more caramel drizzle over the top.

We bought a new laptop last Friday & I've been trying to get used to it since then.
You all know how much work it is to have a new computer, re-installing everything on it ...
I had to name it so it turned out to be ... Soshi. (So for Sonia, and Shi for Toshiba, its brand)
Even though it's a lot of work & costs much, it really feels great to have a new, fast & clean PC ... (I had XP, now I have Windows 7, which I didn't even know the existence !!)
