The Metropolitan Museum of Art Egyptian Hieroglyphic Pens feature hieroglyphics taken from a traditional offering inscription on a false door belonging to Metjetji a noble of the Old Kingdom who was the Director of the Office of the Tenants of the Palace under King Unis of Dynasty 5. (We will expect you to remember this there is a pop quiz when you buy the pen! j/k). The glyphs on the pen - which is crafted in resin painted lacquer and gold overlay - include a jackal a snake several species of birds a water sign and more.
Proceeds from the sale of all Metropolitan Museum items are used to support the Museum.

The pyramid is 1& 6 /10" top to bottom or 40 mm and 1 8/10 " on left and right side or 45 mm . and 17 /10 or 42 mm across the bottom .

The moonstone is 10 mm With two triangle copper plates under it Giving it a slight red hue.
The garnet is 8 x9 mm Backed by a gold disk plate . The blue sodalite is 8 mm x 10 mm.
The white mother of pearl skull cameo was carved from a shell wall inclusion pearl and is 24mm x 18 mm x 6 mm with two aquamarine eyes 5 mm each .

The setting is made of sterling silver .

total weight with chain is 24.4 grams without is 16. 1grams .

Set in Ancient Egypt at the time of Pharaoh Darius III and Alexander the Greats’ battle over Egypt in the year’s 326 – 323BC.

In a time of Kings and Queens a child is chosen by earth’s guardians to be Seer of Egypt, protector of the future… Enchantress. K’ilah, the child of the court of Visier Behnam (Pharaoh’s overseer of Egypt), was the chosen one, her mission is to help overthrow the cruel Persian Pharaoh, Darius II so that Alexander can take the throne as Pharaoh. To do this she must fight a war and find a cure for a plague that is affecting the Egyptian Army so they can fight to help Alexander from within the Egyptian Boarders. To achieve this she is taught many skills; mastering the arts of combat, magic, medicine, swordsmanship, and warfare. Her Champion of warfare is Rakhr who has the dark seductive looks of a true Scorpion, her teacher of magic and medicine is the high Priest of Egypt Semtutefnakhte (Semtute) and her husband is the Commander of Ten Thousand the crystal blue eyed Egyptian, Zaire.
