For all my elementary school friends - a trip through Little River today found me this barn on 75 acres at the corner of Everett Farm Road and Crab Creek. I know someone knows who owned the pretty gray rock house with the big field and barn. For some reason I always thought McCrarys but they were across the street.

If you're eating less, each food has to be tasty, so the 225 recipes are designed to be flavorful and satisfying: Orange Chicken and Peanut Salad, Pasta with Spicy Red-Pepper Cream Sauce, Shrimp-Gazpacho Soup, Fish Burgers with Caper Mayonnaise, and Caribbean Chicken Curry, for example. A selection of 100- to 200-calorie sweets include Berry Shortcake, One-Crust Fresh Peach Pie, Choco-Mocha Angel Food Cake, and Cinnamon Coffee Custard. All recipes include nutrient values.
