Green Acres is the place for me.
I was looking through my files for a fitting shot for Earth Day. Turns out this, oddly enough, is it. April 22, Earth Day, is also the birthday of actor Eddie Albert (of Green Acres fame), who was a staunch environmentalist and spokesperson for The National Arbor Day Foundation. Albert spoke at the inaugural Earth Day ceremony in 1970.

these things are so darned yummy - like eating flaky pie crust made by Amish woman who brushed it lightly with honey and butter before baking..... - or mass manufactured in a dirty factory somewhere - either way - they're delish! and, since there is no calorie information on the pack - they're as nutritious as I want them to be - and that's pretty darned nutritious let me tellya! ;o)
