Start with two sets of ten. After two to three weeks you should be able to increase to sets of 15. When you feel ready increase to three sets.
Either of two units of heat energy

The energy needed to raise the temperature of 1 kilogram of water through 1 °C, equal to one thousand small calories and often used to measure the energy value of foods
The energy needed to raise the temperature of 1 gram of water through 1 °C (now usually defined as 4.1868 joules)
(calorie) a unit of heat equal to the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of one kilogram of water by one degree at one atmosphere pressure; used by nutritionists to characterize the energy-producing potential in food
Force (cooked potatoes or other vegetables) through a sieve or ricer
sieve so that it becomes the consistency of rice; "rice the potatoes"
annual or perennial rhizomatous marsh grasses; seed used for food; straw used for paper

Rice with Clouds
I know I've taken this shot a hundred times before, but I just love how the texas sky and the Rice campus come together - and each time it's slightly different. I liked the lighting here, as well as the kid who just turned out to be in the corner (I didn't really notice him at the time I took the photo)
Dinner Monday 10/09/06
Wild salmon, white and brown rice mixture, salad with tomato, cucumber, and pine nuts. And only one glass on red wine. (I skipped lunch today--went for a 6-mile run instead.) I felt good today.
Anyone know how many calories here? (Don't forget the glass of wine.)
