Another reason to buy the book "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day" -- cinnamon rolls! (Need I say more?) These were made from a basic brioche dough that yields 4 one pound loaves of bread. This image doesn't show the cream cheese icing we put on them. They were yummy (and lowfat, low calorie too, I'm sure). Next on the list...beignets. If I keep this up I'm going to need to take up jogging to burn off the calories.

One of these rolls probably has the same amount of calories as my entire lunch. Slather some butter on one (or two) and make it meal!
