Job done
It wasn’t a very straightforward job converting the pig ark for its new occupants. It would have been quicker if I hadn’t tried to thread a ?2 coin onto a bolt in the gloom inside the ark – I shouldn’t have put the washers in the same pocket as my coins. I’d just finished and was bent double reversing out of the door when my foot went through the floor – back to the drawing board!
The straw bales are intended to keep out the draughts.
Until we've got some fencing to contain the piglets we've erected some hurdles. Hopefully, in due course, they'll clear the nettles and docks.from this corner of the veg patch.

None of this B&Q rubbish here - every stone (5" thick) was removed, numbered, mapped, taken away for storage.
After the relevant drainage and water systems were installed the whole floor was re-layed. No machines were used in the re-laying process. Instead the job was handed over to some highly skilled builders.
I think it looks great.
