Studio Equipment Racks
- (Equipment rack) A 19-inch rack is a standardized frame or enclosure for mounting multiple equipment modules. Each module has a front panel that is wide, including edges or ears that protrude on each side which allow the module to be fastened to the rack frame with screws.
- (Equipment Rack) A cabinet with rails (or free standing rails) that have holes to accept screws at standard spaces and used to house outboard gear.
- (equipment rack) a centralized housing unit that protects and organizes electronic equipment.

HD Studio Equipment Rack
Equipment rack housing the guts of the new HD control room. Only the Chyron CPU's are in a seperate rack. (They are in the original DTV rack pictured elsewhere in this stream.) The only reason for this is they went online a year or two before the rest of the HD studio equipment.
