Cokin Series P Gradual Grey Neutral Density Filter ND2X G2 Light

Grey Neutral Density filters compensate for bright light. By under-exposing the sky, they give a better relief to the surfaces and colors of landscapes and architecure. They are indispensable in summer, for seaside and mountain photos. They are available in six choices to cover every situation. 120 - 2X graduated neutral density filter reduces the light 1 stop 121 - 8X graduated neutral density filter reduces the light 3 stops. 121L - 2X Light starts with the same neutral density as 120, but feathers the grey almost from the color edge and more gently graduates to clear. One stop of compensation. 121M - 4X Medium is the same gentle graduation as 121L but with twice in dens ty. Requires 2 stops of compensation. 121S - 8X Soft is twice the density of 121M and the graduation extends to 3/4 of the filter. Requires 3 stops. 121F - 8X Full is the same as 121S except that the neutral density grey cover the entire filter. Requires 3 stop

I have the feeling that my EF-S 10-22 is not really sharp...

Taken in Anguillara Sabazia a small town on Bracciano's Lake, Lazio Italy. I've used a gradual nd filter to compensate the high stops difference in the scene.

* 1) GRADUATED GREY SQUARE FILTER - Color filters bring explosive color to your pictures. Combine different filters to obtain a wide variety of colors. Simply mount the adapter ring and filter holder to the front of your lens, then slide in different filters to take beautiful, colorful shots. Great for landscape shooting or car photography.
* 2) 67MM ADAPTER RING FOR FILTER HOLDER - The adapter ring is an essential element of the Cokin P series filter set. If you are looking to start using any of the popular square filters you will need a proper ring adapter! Check the filter thread size of your lens first and choose the appropiate size adapter ring in order to use the filter holder. Screw the ring adapter onto your lens.
* 3) FILTER HOLDER - To use the filter holder, an adapter ring which connects to the filter holder has to be mounted to the lens. Slide the filter holder onto the ring adapter until it snaps into place. The filter holder can hold three filters at the same which allows for creative use of light correction or special effects.
* 4) MICROFIBER CLEANING CLOTH - As the name suggests, microfiber cleaning cloths are made up of extremely fine fibers, usually of synthetic fibers like nylon or polyester. Microfiber cleaning cloth leaves behind no lint, no dust, or no broken fibers. Once you clean a surface with it, it remains clean.
