yep! it's a well, but really an aquifer... a naturally occuring sinkhole, they just had to dig out the dirt and now we have tons of freshwater for the resort... after being drawn out of here, it goes through a charcoal filter, and a water softener, and then gets pumped to the bungalows... other water, for the kitchen or drinking, goes through a reverse osmosis filtration process... neato

Not far from the Hinckley Reservoir is the West Canada Creek. The stream runs out of the Hinckley Reservoir. The water is actually low for this time of year and there is a restriction against fishing becasue of the low water levels. I was experimenting with photoshop and added a charcoal filter to this photo.
