Fluval Filter
- Hagen (officially Rolf C. Hagen Group) is a pet supplies company founded in 1955 by Rolf C. Hagen with the help of his brothers, Dieter and Horst. Dieter and Horst Hagen joined the company later after immigrating from Germany.

Fluval fx5, 2 Aquaclear 110 and Odyssea 550 powerhead.. A rule of thumb when it comes to filtration on a fish tank, when choosing a filter setup your GPH (gallons per hour) should be at least 6X the volume of the tank you are using. Over filtering should be ones goal to achieve high water quality. My GPH is currently at 2,475gal on a 125gal tank :)

After the great tank disaster where we lost 3 fish, today I replaced them (2 blue tetras and 1 bloodfin) and also got 1 Yamatoa shrimp and 1 Snowball shrimp. Here you can see the Yamatoa shrimp on the filter sponge and 1 bloodfin. You can see the Snowball at the front with an Armoured Shrimp. 11/3/11
