Highwave JOEmoXL 16 oz. Stainless Steel Travel Mug

By popular demand, we now have a larger JOEmo, it is the ultimate new mug. Called "the best" by Hammacher Schlemmer Institute after testing all travel mugs for about 9 months. this one keeps it hot for up to 6 hours also with its vacuum and good design technology.It feature a comfortable 16 ounces under the lid, a new stainless push plate and comes with the new longer stainless fine mesh filter that locks into the inside of the mug for green tea or easily removable filter for coffee or western style tea brewing. It also has a new travel bag and comes gift boxed. Fits in all car drink holders.

I love iced coffee in hot weather, but I hate paying for it. Good thing it's ridiculously easy to make. I cold brew the coffee overnight: 1/3c ground coffee and 1 1/2 cups water in a jar or container at room temperature for 12 hours or so, then put it through a coffee filter or fine mesh strainer to get the grounds out.

The resulting coffee is quite strong, more of a concentrate. I mix it about one to one (it's not a very rigorous process...) with milk and some sugar (and ice of course). Water works too, if you're not into milk.

Sometimes the sugar doesn't dissolve all the way because it's so cold, unless I'm using my travel mug in which case I just shake it. I'm considering making some simple syrup or something for sweetening iced coffee and tea, but that sort of feels like more work than I care to put into it.
