All our tracks in the forest are like a green carpet at this time of year.The reason for the green moss is that I keep the tracks free of leaf litter which allows sunlight to reach the surface and enable growth of mosses. This is achieved using a rake when I need mulch and a petro blower machine when I am not up for the raking.
Lots of coral fungus and other species on the tracks means care must be exercised walking around the forest.
