This is take number 4. By now, she is bored with repeating the rhyme the exact same way & makes an improvised change. You can watch the exact moment she decides to mix it up. I also love how she wants to immediately view her latest take.
The story of these three videos are that S.J. got a subscription to Highlights Magazine. In the latest issue was this rhyme which she has memorized & been reciting a fair amount. I found it to be quite cute & thought I should capture & share it with everyone. So I set up the camera on a tripod & told her to say the rhyme to the camera as normally she says a name for whose cheek the kiss lands on.
The words are: "First I hold my hands like this. Muah. Then I send a flying kiss. Then I catch it, I won't peek. And it lands on your cheek."
Video #2 for 05.09.2011
This is actually the first take & it went quite well. That said, I thought we should take a few more.

George Strait's first three greatest-hits albums (now made redundant by the four-disc Strait Out of the Box) collected essential examples of contemporary country music. In his finest singles, Strait seemed to resolve, both commercially and artistically, the tensions between hardcore twang and New Country pop. His 2000 best-of set, however, documents Strait's decline. Oh, the radio play has continued unabated--12 of the 15 tracks here made the country Top 10--but emotionally it is a sad and tedious tumble from the Cajun stomp of 1994's "Adalida" and the deliberate self-deceptions of 1996's "I Can Still Make Cheyenne" to pop-rock successes like 1998's catchy but insipid "True." The two new tracks leave the future as anybody's guess: "Murder on Music Row," a duet with Alan Jackson, pledges allegiance to tradition (both in message and execution), but "The Best Day" is devoid of any of the adult ambiguity, previously a Strait staple, that would grant it poignancy. --David Cantwell
