Got bicycles?

Got bicycles?

Got bicycles? Amsterdam does!

I was told a lot of things I would see when going to Amsterdam: Anne Frank's house, canals, architecture, the red light district, drug / pot / coffee shops, , etc. etc.

I did not expect to see this many bicycles. Far more in fact then when I lived in Seoul Korea and they line just about every available area. The boat tour guide told us it's so bad that if your bike is left unlocked it might not be stolen it just might be thrown into the canal to make room for someone else's bike!

Click on All Sizes in the menu above to appreciate just how many!

This photo taken in Amsterdam city centre near NH Central Station with a Canon Rebel XTi digital camera and Canon EF-S 17-55 F/2.8 IS USM lens.

Tunnel to Madurodam - Den Haag

Tunnel to Madurodam - Den Haag

I was playing with my camera and the stabilizer dragging out the shot with a long shutter speed of over half a second to blur the tunnel and thought I would share this funny look.

My friend and guide Richard was in a hurry to get through the tunnel to Madurodam in Den Haag (The Netherlands)

Right out of the camera no photoshop just Canon Digital Photo Professional from Raw to JPEG.
