Cameras of our Fathers
Waltax Okako 6x4.5 medium format folder, made in Japan around 1946 or 47. I imagine this was bought by a service man during the occupation of Japan after the war. Not much in the way of information is available for this camera on the web. The lens is a 70 mm Kolex F3.5 tessar design. The camera works well, but I'll have to repair the bellows before I can use it. Rescued from a local thrift store.
